How do you balance work and home life?
Work life balance can be tough when working in a fast pace business environment. This puts especially true when given more responsibilities as one climbs the career ladder.
For me it’s making sure that with a 10 month old baby I get to spend some quality time in the evening and weekends. Once the baby has gone to bed then I’m happy to pickup any more work in the late evening.
Working from home also makes work feel less stressful and no reason commute adds a reasonable amount of time to my day that I wouldn’t otherwise have.
