So, I have decided as a fun little designing exercise that I would design myself a portfolio webpage. Though I’m not looking for work I thought that it would always be useful to have as you never know what is round the corner.
Into Angular I dive.
Playing around with some ideas I want to have a neat little sidebar that remains static when viewing the page and contains some of the key information about me, the skills I have and links to my other pages (Twitter LinkedIn, blog etc.).
This section will need some extra information but this will do for now.
Next, I’m putting together a hero banner for the top of the main center content. At the same time, I will also use this as my twitter banner.
Next Up we have some media queries and a few different sized banners for differing screen sizes. Did this with some media queries, nice and simple but does need some refinement.
